David DeWolf – Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, David DeWolf has guided Three Pillar/ BrickRed to become one of the mid-Atlantic’s fastest growing companies, expanding to offices in four continents and enjoying a consistently high growth each year.

David is passionate about accelerating business and is an active member of the business and technology communities in Northern Virginia. He sits on the Advisory Boards of Verdant Strategies and iMPACT Enterprises, is a member of Legatus, and a graduate of Mindshare, a forum of CEOs the Washington D.C.’s most promising technology companies.

Before founding Three Pillar, David was a Principal at Digital Focus where he oversaw the development of custom software solutions. He has consulted for a wide variety of businesses, from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. David earned his Bachelor degree from the Franciscan University of Steubenville where he studied Communications and Theology.

Ken Quaglio – Chief Operating Officer

Ken brings over 30 years of experience to Three Pillar with a focus on strategy and operations. Most recently as a Principal with Ernst & Young he developed a major new health care account and led their Federal Advisory operations improvement services. Prior to EY, Ken founded his own consulting business where he advised clients on product and market entry strategies. He served as President of a venture-backed technology startup where he was brought in to help refocus the company. As a Vice President with Electronic Data Systems he led Mobility Solutions, Customer Experience, Analyst Relations and the Global Alliance program with key partners like Cisco, EMC, Sun, Xerox, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and Dell. He also created the first global CIO Council at EDS, which created an executive-to-executive forum for sharing ideas and improving service. As a Partner with A.T. Kearney he led numerous projects for clients to include Unilever, Lucent, Campbell Soup, Dow Jones, Meredith Corporation, Pfizer, Canada Post and Pechiney Plastic Packaging. He has spoken and written extensively on the impact of technology on strat­egy and performance management.

He is actively involved with Miriam’s Kitchen in Washington DC and serves on a number of advisory committees on issues impacting Veterans and their families. Ken received an M.B.A. in Organization and Strategy from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University and a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Florida State University. He is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Army Medical Service Corps, where he was a medical evacuation pilot.

Vinay Bansal – VP Business Development (US)

Vinay leads the business development function at the Philadelphia centre, and is responsible for driving sales, forging strategic partnerships and managing key Client relationships in the United States and Canada.

Prior to founding BrickRed, Vinay has held consulting roles with various global technology leaders, such as Panasonic in the US. He also has a considerable experience in the security solutions industry, with smart cards &biometrics being specific expertise areas. He holds a post-graduate degree in Mathematics & Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Rohit Makin – VP Business Development (EU)

Rohit leads BrickRed’s recently-launched operations in the Benelux region. Rohit operates from Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and is responsible for creating a strategic foothold for BrickRed’s product development & QA services in Western Europe.

Prior to BrickRed, Rohit has worked with Tata Consultancy Services wherein he was involved in conceptualizing & developing solutions for the banking and retail sectors. He holds an engineering degree from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University.

Vishal Singla – VP UK & W/Europe Operations

Vishal has an ever evolving role in the business, which operates in multiple geographies. Based out of London in the UK, he is pivotal in envisioning the organization’s strategies and providing insights on emerging opportunities to serve, in the UK and Western Europe.

Prior to BrickRed, Vishal has worked with Geometric Software and EBProvider in a variety of domains ranging from CAD/CAM to smart card solutions. He holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Raj Singhal – Country Head, India

Raj heads the Indiacentre and has been instrumental in scaling the offshore operations in India to its current size. He is responsible for driving synergy and efficiencies across various functions, and is also keenly involved in key account management.

Prior to BrickRed, Raj has hands-on experience in managing & executing IT projects in offshore as well as onshore environments, and establishing communication protocols for large international engagements. He has previously worked with EBProvider and Tata Consultancy Services, and holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Rakesh Arora – VP HR

Rakesh is responsible for complete gamut of Human Resource management as a Talent READER (Right-sizing, Engagement, Acquisition, Development, Employer Branding, and Refinement & retention). Rakesh carries vibrant personality with right blend of competencies on management and people’s advocacy. His major strength is people interaction at all levels of business and society, understanding concerns, aligning people’s and organization goals, establishing implementable policies and procedures with speed to meet business requirements.

Throughout his career, Rakesh has been responsible for driving leadership & HR initiatives in organization like HCL – Hewlett Packard Ltd, Innodata-Isogen, and his last assignment was with AgreeYa Solutions as Global Business Head – Human Resource.

Rakesh is the topper of IRPM stream of Masters in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and holds Post graduate diploma in Labor Laws, Advance Diploma in Management, and Human Resource Management.

Abhinav Maheshwari – VP Technology

Abhinav heads all technical initiatives at BrickRed. Widely experienced and versatile, he is responsible for establishing development processes, leading the research & review group, crisis management, pre-sales & technical proposals, and designing enterprise architectures amongst others.

Prior to BrickRed, Abhinav has worked with Contata Solutions as their Chief Software Architect. He holds a post-graduate degree in Mathematics & Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Kapil Sharma – VP Engineering

Kapil manages the engineering function and is responsible for the quality of services being delivered by BrickRed. He also oversees the Quality Assurance/ Testing function, which acts as an independent practice within Engineering. He has played a key leadership role in the organization’s growth, fostering a collaborative culture that makes BrickRed a great place to work.

Prior to BrickRed, Kapil has worked with some of the leading software companies in India. He is a graduate from Delhi University.

Animesh Singh – VP Operations

Animesh leads the operations in India and is responsible for the complete infrastructure management for the offshore centre. He was instrumental in setting up the current facility in record time & now rock solid reliability.

Prior to BrickRed, Animesh has worked with Halcyon DataCorp and the DS Group, wherein he was responsible for managing the entire IT operations. He has over 10 years’ experience in IT operations setup & maintenance. He has an MBA from Amity University.

Purvesh Sharma – VP Marketing

Purvesh leads the marketing efforts at BrickRed. Managing a team that actively supports onsite sales in all geographies, Purvesh is also the centerpoint of all internal/ external communication at BrickRed.

Prior to BrickRed, Purvesh was the co-founder & CEO of Whizlabs Software, a company he led for almost a decade. He holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
